Free 30 minute trial
The circuit consists of 10 stations/machines which give a full body workout. Traffic lights tell you when to move to next piece of equipment. Three minutes on each machine, everyone moves at the same time, so no queue once you start.
*Please note that a 1:1 session is not part of a free trial
Machines
- push up/ pull down machine – designed to safely and independently train the pectoral, deltoids and lat muscle
- Abductor/adductor machine – for building strength in hips and legs
- Free station
- Tricep/bicep machine – for building strength in arm muscles
- Cross trainer – works the whole body while protecting your joints
- Extension/curl machine – for building strength in hamstrings and quads
- Free station
- Ab/back machine – for building strength in abdominals and back muscles
- Stretch machine – important to stretch at the end of exercise
Induction
When you join, we will weigh and measure you and record what you want to achieve. You will then be taken around the circuit and the appropriate level set and written on a card for your future reference. Specific exercises will be given to target areas that you want to change on the free stations.
Review
Every six weeks you will be offered the chance to be weighed and measured to check your progress.
A trainer will also review your program card to adjust levels and change individual esercises.
1 to 1 sessions with a personal trainer
There is a three tier membership system –
Bronze level – unlimited use of the gym, 6 week reviews
Silver level – as above plus one 30 min 1:1 session per week with a personal trainer
Gold level – Same as Bronze plus 3 x 1:1 sessions a week with a personal trainer
Dance class
Open to all members on Wednesday from 2 to 3 PM [limited to six places]

Elisa offers a full body Holistic massage, Indian Head massage, Foot and head massage, Back, Shoulder and neck massage plus Foot reflexology.
