Amazing 1 to 1 training session
I had my first 1 to 1 training session yesterday. Nic set the level brilliantly – it was challenging but still enjoyable. The 30 minutes flew by and I had the best night’s sleep I can remember. Thanks – I’ll be doing them regularly!
Brilliant gym
I have been a member of this gym since 2018 and have lost weight and my body has changed shape too ! It is a friendly and welcoming place . The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this gym !!
Trainhers is amazing
I have rejoined Trainhers gym at the end of June. This place is just amazing with great atmosphere and knowledgeable trainers. I am so impressed with Sonam, who is not only kind, respectful and full of knowledge, but also very considerate.
I loved my 1:1 session with Sonam – I trained hard and felt so good afterwards. I will definitely be signing up for more. Thank you.
Pleasantly surprised
I joined Trainhers nearly 2 years ago to improve strength and flexibility. I have never done anything like this before and I am not sporty. I have been pleasantly surprised to discover that it is not boring and it has definitely improved my wellbeing. That is down to the professionalism of the trainers and the well thought through methods.
2 years at Trainhers
Today marks 2 years at Trainhers. Has it been worth it? I started going to gym in my mid 50s feeling fat, old and fed up! 2 years later I am nearly 3 stone lighter and feeling much healthier, happier and younger. This has been largely due to the help, support and encouragement of the Trainhers’ staff. If that’s not a strong recommendation for anyone to give it a try I don’t know what is!

30 minutes makes a difference
I started the gym to tone up and was sceptical that 30 mins could make a difference. It did! I lost a couple of inches in 6 weeks and made lots of new friends!
