My name is Nic. After 34 years teaching special-needs I decided to have a change of career. I opened the gym and have never looked back.
I enjoy the circuit and the treadmill, working out 4-5 times per week.
I love being in the Gym, meeting new members and seeing them achieve their goals. I like to help and support members of all abilities and ages.
I do – 1:1 sessions in abs, cardio and ante/post natal.

My name is Adrienne and I am very passionate about health and fitness.
I love to work out as much as I possibly can but my main interests are cycling and long-distance running.
I have a great experience with organizing and taking out running clubs of all abilities. I particularly like to take out beginners to see how they progress and come to like the sport as much as I do.
I have lots of experience with group sessions and 1:1 with cardio and abs training.

Sisi
My name is Sisi and I am a sports person.
I love dancing and boxing. I was a professional dancer for 3 years, I started boxing 4 years ago. Dancing keeps me happy, boxing makes me strong. I really enjoy helping all gym members to achieve their fitness goals in a positive way.
I do a group dance class every week, I love to see everyone’s happy face in my class. Also I do 1:1 dance, boxing, abs and cardio sessions.

My name is Poppy. I qualified as a PT 4 years ago, and I have never been happier and love my job. Getting results is what drives me.
From a young age I’ve always been fit & active and loved playing sports and keeping fit. This is an area of my life that I am very passionate about. My main sports are football, boxing and trampolining, but I will play any sport (team or otherwise – and I have been known to be ever so slightly competitive at times…!
With this in mind, my chosen profession means that I love to help my clients progress and achieve their goals, regardless of their age or ability.

My name is Cora and I am a student at Ashley Down College. I love bowling and swimming and I like to watch motocross and go camping.
I am very keen to learn how to drive and have been having lessons with ‘Young Driver’.
I really enjoy Sisi’s dance classes and often go around the circuit to help me get fit.
