We strive to provide the perfect setting for women looking to get a little healthier in a stress-free environment. Presently our members are aged from 16 to 86 and we encourage women of all shapes and sizes, fitness levels and abilities to come along. We also accept Exercise Referrals from the medical profession to aid a variety of medical conditions, along with specialist Antenatal and Postnatal programmes. Our personal trainers / fitness instructors are in the gym at all times to give advice and support to our members; helping them to achieve their own personal goals. And, there's a nutritional therapist on hand to offer guidance on healthy eating: she regularly gives free talks on weight loss and other common issues. Plus with regular aerobic classes; boxing, running, dance, etc. there's plenty of options to keep you motivated. Many of our members live locally which makes Trainhers a great place to socialise and meet new friends.

As well as providing specialist Antenatal and Postnatal exercise programmes, Trainhers is fully accredited to accept Exercise Referrals from Medical Professionals to aid and support people with the following conditions:
